Angharad and James instructed me to plan their wedding weekend whilst living in Australia. They’ve crossed continents and built a life in London since and so their wedding at Garthmyl Hall always felt beautifully distant, until it was here- and it was everything. A fusion of two worlds in one electric celebration that was unmistakably them.

It was an honour to meet the family and friends behind their story, to learn more about them, to laugh and to cry with them all weekend. 

Angharad- the most polite, family orientated, guest conscious bride. James- the most involved, genuinely interested, decision making, fun loving groom. It was my privilege to plan your wedding weekend and watch you live your best day with your favourite people. 

I’ll miss Angharad’s lunchtime voice notes, wind howling in the background, ending every message with: “Anyway Sarah, that’s my mind dump for today – will check in with James and confirm asap. Thank you for everything as always.”

These guys truly are a team and boy do they love a party. What a day! I loved every second planning this one (not so much driving 100 pastel de natas through the Welsh country lanes for 3.5 hours!)
