When it comes to planning a marquee wedding, there are significantly more moving parts than a traditional staffed venue. With no built-in infrastructure, every element must be sourced, scheduled, installed, powered, managed and dismantled seamlessly. My role as your marquee Wedding Planner is to take full ownership of that complexity, so you experience only the beautiful end result.

From our very first conversation, I work closely with you to shape your vision, while simultaneously mapping the operational framework required to deliver it safely, legally and flawlessly.

Based in South Wales, I plan marquee and dry hire weddings across South Wales, the South West and the Cotswolds, as well as for international couples planning their UK celebration from abroad.

Sourcing & managing generators, power distribution, lighting plans, water supply, catering tents, refrigeration, toilet facilities, heating & waste management. Every technical requirement is carefully calculated & scheduled precisely, so everything is seamless behind the scenes.

SUPPLIER BUILD & BREAKDOWN SCHEDULING

Detailed multi-day build schedules are created and managed to coordinate marquee installation, flooring, lighting rigs, catering set-up and styling. Access routes, vehicle sequencing and timing are meticulously controlled to keep everything running calmly and efficiently.
