My role as your Wedding Planner is to remove that pressure, allowing you to enjoy the process with clarity, confidence and ease.
From the outset, I work closely with you to shape and refine your vision, sourcing and curating a trusted team of suppliers aligned to your style, priorities and budget. I manage all communication, logistics and administration, offering practical solutions and ensuring nothing is overlooked, so you can focus on the excitement of what lies ahead, knowing every detail is expertly handled.
You’ll benefit from regular calls and planning meetings, alongside continuous WhatsApp support. I keep you informed on all key milestones, while quietly managing every other detail behind the scenes with care and precision.
Based in South Wales, I work with couples planning weddings across the UK, specifically the South West and the Cotswolds, delivering beautifully planned celebrations whatever the location.

When should we book a full service wedding planner?
For Full Wedding Planning, I take on just five weddings per year to ensure every couple receives my full attention and a truly considered experience. Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, particularly for dry hire and marquee weddings which require significant logistical planning. Management and Coordination bookings are often secured 6–12 months ahead, depending on availability. However, I have also planned a winter marquee wedding in 10 weeks!
What's the difference between full service wedding planning and wedding management?
Full Service Wedding Planning & Design is a comprehensive, start to finish service. I work with you from the very beginning, shaping your vision, sourcing and securing your venue and suppliers, developing the overall design concept and managing every logistical detail along the way. This service is particularly suited to dry hire and marquee weddings, where careful planning and coordination are essential. You have complete guidance throughout, from first ideas to final farewell.
Wedding Management is designed for couples who have already secured their venue and most of their suppliers, but want professional oversight to ensure everything aligns seamlessly in the final stages. Around six to eight weeks before the wedding, I step in to review your plans, confirm logistics with suppliers, refine your timeline and take control of communication so you can relax. On the day itself, I oversee the running of the celebration to ensure it unfolds exactly as planned.
In essence, Full Planning supports you from concept to completion. Wedding Management ensures everything you have planned comes together beautifully and without stress.
How many weddings do you take on each year?
I limit Full Wedding Planning to five weddings per year. This allows me to remain completely invested in each celebration and deliver the calm, meticulous and highly personalised experience I am known for.
Do you work exclusively with certain venues or suppliers?
No. I personally recommend suppliers whose work, reliability and professionalism I trust, however your contracts are always directly with your chosen suppliers. I do not take commission and my recommendations are made purely based on reliability, suitability, budget and of course quality.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. I travel across the UK and abroad for destination weddings.

Can you create a bespoke design concept for us?
Absolutely. Design and styling support is a core part of Full Planning. Your ideas are developed into curated mood boards and a cohesive aesthetic, with suppliers aligned to ensure the overall look feels intentional, refined and unmistakably yours. Every detail is considered.
What makes your approach different?
Before becoming a Wedding Planner, I spent almost a decade as Head of Legal. That background means I bring military level organisation, logistical precision and calm problem solving to every wedding. Combined with my love for aesthetics, couples often choose me for my beautiful weddings and attention to detail.
I'm described as the calm in the chaos and quietly in control. Lastly, I care deeply about the details, about how you feel throughout the process and about you and your guests. I'm a people person and I love getting to know my couples and their stories.
What is your fee structure?
My fees vary for each service and depending on your venue being a staffed venue or a dry hire venue. Please enquire for a brochure here outlining my prices with no hidden fees.
How are supplier payments handled?
Couples pay suppliers directly and contracts are between you and each supplier. I manage communication, coordination and logistics where relevant, but I do not hold supplier funds or take commission.
Can you plan our wedding if we are based overseas?
Yes. I regularly work with international couples. With structured planning, clear communication and considered timelines, distance is never an issue. I offer international clients first refusal of times that suit them best for Zoom calls and we can Whatsapp for ease of communication if that suits.
How do you manage planning across different time zones?
We schedule calls at times that work for you and maintain clear, consistent communication. For Full Planning couples, you also benefit from ongoing WhatsApp support, allowing quick decisions and reassurance whenever needed.
What legal requirements are there for marrying in the UK
Legal requirements depend on your nationality and residency status. I can guide you towards the correct official resources and ensure your ceremony plans align with UK regulations, however legal notice and documentation remain your responsibility.
Can you assist with guest accommodation and transport?
Yes. As part of my Full Service wedding planning I assist with guest logistics including transport planning and accommodation guidance to ensure a seamless experience.
Can you recommend accommodation for guests?
Absolutely. I provide considered recommendations aligned with your venue location and guest profile.
Can you support with multi day celebrations?
Yes. Two or more day weddings are discussed at consultation stage to ensure the scope, team support and investment reflect the scale of the celebration. You can read more here.
Do we need wedding insurance?
Yes, I strongly recommend wedding insurance. It provides protection against unforeseen circumstances and offers peace of mind throughout the planning process.
How often will we communicate during the planning process?
For Full Planning, communication is ongoing and tailored to your needs, with regular Zoom meetings, several in person meetings, two venue meetings and continuous WhatsApp support.
For Management, I am on hand for email support and regular Zoom meetings. Communication increases in the final weeks as we align every detail.
For Coordination, there is one comprehensive meeting around four weeks before the wedding to fully brief me on your wedding day plans.
What is the next step if we would like to move forward?
The next step is a telephone or Zoom consultation to discuss your plans and ensure the right service fit. Following our call, I confirm your final investment if required, send over your contract and invoice for the 40% non-refundable deposit. Your date is secured once the contract is signed and the deposit received.
